Our drum roasting process gently roasts the beans. During the roasting process, the beans develop their full aroma. Because small batches are prepared, the beans lose little moisture, which helps to enclose and preserve the different flavors of the coffee.
We then pack the whole beans in aroma protection bags to preserve the full flavor for longer.
