This bean comes from Long Miles Coffee , which consists of three wash and dry mills founded in 2013 by Ben and Kristy Carlson. Here the hand-picked coffee cherries from small farmers are collected and processed. This 'natural' coffee is sun-dried carefully and under constant observation.
The result is a wonderfully nutty and gentle coffee.
